The guarantee applies to purchases made directly through this website. Your request must be received within 30 days of the delivery date shown by carrier tracking. Both the 1-bottle and 3-bottle offers are covered.

with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm eligibility and send the next steps, usually within one business day.

Because the product is cosmetic and results are visible immediately, you may request a refund even if the bottles have been opened and used. In most cases no return shipment is required. For claims of damaged, defective or incorrect items, we may ask for a photo first and will then send a prepaid return label or arrange a replacement.

Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method and typically appears within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. Product charges are refunded in full.

Shipping is refunded when the order was defective, damaged, incorrect or lost in transit. Where the 3-bottle offer included free express shipping and the order is refunded, the full amount paid is returned.

Prefer a replacement instead of a refund? Tell us and we will send a new order at no cost, subject to stock availability.

Requests outside the guarantee window are not automatically refused — contact us and we will review the situation and try to find a fair solution.
